1. SMS Back Services

SMS BACK LLC provides businesses with automated receptionist and customer communication services using SMS and voice technologies. SMS Back may communicate with customers on behalf of businesses using our services. Depending on the business and its configuration, the service may assist with:

  • Questions about services, pricing, hours, location, and frequently asked questions.

  • Appointment inquiries and customer support.

  • Other business-related questions or requests based on the applicable business’s configuration.

2. SMS Program

By opting in to receive text messages from a business using SMS Back, you agree to receive SMS messages from that business regarding your inquiry, request, appointment, customer-service interaction, or other communication for which you provided consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent again or the message is otherwise permitted by applicable law. For assistance, reply HELP.

4. Consent

By voluntarily opting into an SMS program, you expressly consent to receive text messages from the applicable business. Consent may be provided through web forms, verbal or voice consent, or other approved opt-in methods. You represent that you are authorized to provide the mobile number you submit and to provide consent to receive messages at that number.

5. Privacy

Information collected through SMS Back’s services is handled according to our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy. No mobile data will be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold to lead generators or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

SMS Back uses third-party telecommunications and technology providers to deliver and support its services. These providers may process information as necessary to provide messaging, voice, hosting, automation, payment, and other technical services.

7. Automated Receptionist

SMS Back may use automated technology to provide receptionist and customer-service functions. The automated receptionist provides information based on information supplied by the applicable business. It is not intended to replace professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice. Information provided by the automated receptionist should be confirmed with the applicable business when necessary.

8. Appointment Requests

Where supported, the automated receptionist may collect appointment information or assist with appointment-related requests. An appointment should not be considered confirmed unless the applicable business or its authorized booking system confirms the appointment.

9. Service Availability

SMS Back attempts to provide reliable service but does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. SMS delivery may also depend on telecommunications carriers and third-party providers outside SMS Back’s control.

10. Prohibited Use

Users may not use SMS Back to:

  • Send unlawful, fraudulent, or unsolicited messages.

  • Circumvent consent or opt-in requirements.

  • Transmit content prohibited by applicable law or telecommunications providers.

  • Abuse, harass, or deceive recipients, or use the service for unauthorized marketing or promotional messaging.

11. Changes to These Terms

SMS Back may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
